World Mission Sunday 2021
Today we mark World Mission Sunday. It’s a celebration that owes its origin to Jesus’ famous last command to go to the ends of the earth sharing His Gospel. Right from the first moment the Christian faith was concerned with everyone – not just with our own inner circle. Our faith inspires us to connect with other people. New church in Moomba, Zambia
Fr Samuel Gichanga works in Moomba, Zambia. To mark the start of the building of St Ignatius, outstation church of Moomba Parish, Fr Samuel blessed the foundations: “We included symbols of our faith, a small Bible, rosary beads and a newspaper on the corner stone.
