The primary purpose of this centre is to provide for individuals and groups.
“To come away from…………”
To a quiet reflective space of rest.
No agenda imposed.
To be still, silent and alone.
To treat the neglected sacred self.
To acknowledge the need for “something more”.
Our deepest hunger and thirst are from within.
And will never be satisfied from without.

We provide a counselling service here at Sophia. Lack of money should never deny one the opportunity of counselling. Our service is according to each persons' individual means which makes it affordable to everyone.
In every family there is pain and struggle. It is very necessary to name and claim the issues. To deny or pretend they are not there is being irresponsible, and they do not go away. We believe that issues when addressed competently and safely can be resolved.
We wish to facilitate people to recover their sense of Self. To journey towards a better self-understanding, empowering of self and freedom. We believe every person has the resources within them to take control of their lives. To recognise and own our brokenness is not a stigma but being responsible.
Confidentiality is an essential dimension to our service, in a safe non-judgemental atmosphere…
