Lenten Appeal 2025
‘Pilgrims of Hope’ is the theme chosen by The Holy Father Pope Francis in dedicating this year a Year of Jubilee. “In the heart of each person, hope dwells as the desire and expectation of good things to come, despite our not knowing what the future will bring.” (Pope Francis) St. Patrick’s Missionary Society members have been true pilgrims of Hope for over 90 years; shining the light of Hope in the many different parts of our world. By the grace of God this is made possible by the generosity of prayers and support of you our partners in Mission.
The annual Lenten Appeal is our direct appeal to you based on supporting our missionaries at grass root level. The continued success of our Lenten Appeal can be measured in the transformation of individual lives and communities where we work.
The Society leadership, my brother priests and I, thank you sincerely for your prayers and generosity to this vital fund that support our projects and humanitarian programs. Every prayer and every donation offered, is a contribution to making a difference in our shared world, sharing the light of Christian Hope with all God’s children.
