Sunday, May 3rd, Cemetery Sunday Kiltegan
Unfortunately, we will not be able to celebrate Cemetery Sunday this year in Kiltegan as we celebrated it in the past. It was always a very joyful occasion and brought great life to our community. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions we are not able to invite the families of our deceased members to Kiltegan this year. It should have been the turn of the families of the deceased members from Leinster and Connacht. It will be their turn again in 2021.
A special Cemetery Mass for deceased Society members was celebrated and recorded in St Patrick’s, Kiltegan, Co Wicklow. To view and join in the celebration, please click on the link below (no password is needed) and scroll down to the bottom of the page to recordings. Please note: Due to a technical issue our camera turned off towards the end of Mass. However you can view the remainder of the reading of the names of the deceased members (July to December) and the Final Blessing in a separate recording.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
The Stations of the Cross - Holy Week 2020

We, at St Patrick’s, Kiltegan, wanted to do something to help. We have recorded the Stations of the Cross in our St Patrick’s Chapel in Kiltegan, Co Wicklow. It only takes about 35 minutes so please join us in prayer each day through Holy Week by clicking on the link above. No password is needed. And please pray for us too.
May God and St Patrick guard and protect us in these stressful days…
