St Patrick’s Missionary Society has the following vacancy based in Kiltegan, Co Wicklow. 

 

Catering Assistant

The position will involve:

• Supporting the Catering Manager and staff in ensuring clean and hygienic working conditions.

• Cooperating with staff to ensure good Health & Safety working conditions.

• Assistance with food preparation and service.

• Assistance with wash up after meals.

• Undertake other duties required for the effective co-operation of the Catering Department.

 

Essential

• Good ability to communicate with members, staff and visitors.

• Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work within a sometimes-pressurised environment.

 

Desirable – but not essential

• Experience of working in a catering facility.
