Laudato Si' Week 2020

Today marks the first day of Laudato Si’ Week 2020 (16th to 24th May) which honours the fifth anniversary of Pope Francis’ encyclical on care for our common home. The theme of the week is “everything is connected.” This week launches a year-long journey of transformation, as we grow through the crisis of the current moment by praying, reflecting, and preparing together for a better world to come. Pope Francis invites us to join in Laudato Si’ Week with reflection and preparation for action. He asks that we then put our preparation into action during the Season of Creation which takes place in September 2020.

Although the planned events for Laudato Si’ week have been cancelled, there are many events (from all over the world) that you can join online. For more information go to: https://laudatosiweek.org/
