Kiltegan Fathers, East Molesey
Our history in England
On the 3rd November of 1999, Cormac Murphy O’Connor then Bishop of Arundel and Brighton officially opened our house and welcomed us to East Molesey, in the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton. Our first house was in Slough where we had started our work in England. From there we moved to Datchet and finally to our present house in East Molesey. There has always been a very close relationship with England, Scotland and Wales because of the Irish immigrants and volunteer priests who were with us on the missions but it was only in later years that we saw a necessity to have a permanent house here to coordinate our work.

At the moment there are four Kiltegan Fathers (St Patrick's Missionaries, SPS) living in East Molesey and one priest from the Missionary Society of St. Paul (MSP) working on Mission Appeals. The other priests are working in parishes in Arundel and Brighton, Northampton Diocese, and Clifton Diocese.
